Do I Need a Life Coach?
Having a Life Coach DOESN’T mean you need help for a LIFE TIME! It means you will have a person with experience to help you for a season in your life.
If you need clarification on your future, you could use a life coach. If you want to improve your life in any facet, a life coach could help. If you need someone to be there for you through a crisis, a life coach can do that.
If you need an ongoing partnership designed to help you produce fulfilling results in your personal and professional life, you could benefit from a life coach. If you would like to design your future and stop rehashing your past, you need a life coach.

Your First Session
Your first appointment will be an information-gathering session to help us get to know you and/or your family better. Customarily, we will review your purpose for seeking coaching, coaching goals, life obstacles, successes and history.
Questions about personal and family history may cover a variety of topics. Sessions are usually 45-60 minutes, and clients meet with a coach once a month, once a week or every other week based on their needs.
Session missed without prior 24 business hours’ notice will be charged the normal session fee for the session that was scheduled. Any exceptions are at the coaches’ discretion.
In the case of minors, we ask that parents remain in the building. When working with adolescents, clients almost always benefit from the family’s involvement.
We will occasionally request the family to attend a session as needed and may need a mid-session discussion.
In addition, to accomplish coaching goals, we may occasionally ask families/youth to complete an assignment at home. Practicing at home what is learned in a session can help achieve the progress you desire.
